FEATURED PROJECTS
Dallas Street
An emergency rehab bloomed into a brand new contemporary home, one that embodies the distinctive character of Baltimore architecture. This home embraced the preservation of the original facade while incorporating a modern design approach, such as the 3rd-floor living room bathed in natural light, and the second-floor primary suite that offers sweeping views of a tranquil, secluded courtyard garden.
Catalog Coffee
Building community is crucial to us, which is why we’re always seeking projects that bring neighbors, families, and old friends together. This project was an opportunity to collaborate with the excellent creative minds from the Catalog team. The final product is bright, and inviting. The vibrant colors, illuminated by ample sunshine through the garage door, encourage you to grab a mug and just sit a while.
3531 Claremont
A two-unit residential renovation & addition at the former site of The Foam Centre, an East Baltimore institution selling “Everything from Flypaper to Flying Machines” (and, of course, Foam) that had been in continuous operation since 1934.
